Apollo only knows the companies that are on LinkedIn.
That is roughly a third of the companies that exist. Dentists, HVAC contractors, machine shops, agencies, clinics — most never made a LinkedIn page, so no LinkedIn-based tool can find them.
We crawled every company website instead. US and Europe, every niche, in our own index. Search it and you get the whole market, not the LinkedIn slice.

How a company search works
You do not pick “Industry: Manufacturing” from a dropdown. You say what the company does and who it sells to, and we match that against what every website actually says.

Write the ICP like the brief
“CNC shops doing series work for automotive tier-2s in DE and PL.” That sentence is the whole query.

Filter on what the site says
What they make, who they sell to, tech stack, language, location, headcount signals. Every field comes from the site itself.

Paste ten customer domains. We return every company whose site reads like theirs, anywhere in the index.

The total match count comes back with every search, before you pull a single record. That number is the TAM.

Who to contact, from three places
For each company we search LinkedIn live, when you ask, so the title and employer are current. Then we read the company’s own site: imprint, team page, contact page. Then the open web: registries, directories, press. A machine shop with no LinkedIn page still comes back with the owner’s name.

05—Email
Every email verified before you see it
Each address is checked over SMTP the moment it is found, on our own servers. Catch-all domains too: most verifiers return “risky” and leave the bounce to you. We know the company’s site, so we work out the pattern and then verify the address for real.
Some companies simply have no personal addresses — the owner answers info@. We can tell, because we read their site. In that case you get info@, verified, and a note saying why.
