Hiring data, read from company career systems_
We read open roles straight from the applicant tracking systems behind company career sites, every hour. Each posting is normalized and joined to the company, so you can filter on who is hiring what, where.

Read from the systems companies hire with
We go to the applicant tracking system behind each company's own career site first, and use job portals for companies that do not run one.
Read straight from the career site a company runs.
For companies without their own career system.
Career systems first, portals to fill gaps
On job portals the same role shows up many times, agencies repost it and closed roles linger. The career system is where the company itself opens and closes the role, so we read it there whenever we can. The same role from several sources is still one record, and it closes when the company closes it.

Hiring data: questions
How is this different from job board data?
We read the company's own career system first, so reposts collapse into one record, agency listings stay out, and roles close when the company closes them. Portals only fill in companies without a career system.
How fresh is it?
Career sites are checked every hour, so most new roles show up the same day.
Which countries?
Every country a company hires in; our company coverage is strongest in the US, the UK and the EU.
