Pricing questions
Is this credits?
No. There is nothing to buy per lookup and no wallet to top up. Each plan comes with an allowance of records: so many every 5 hours and so many every week, the same way a chat plan works. You use it however you like.
What is a record?
One company, person, job posting, job change or engager you open, or one e-mail you find or verify. One pool, one number: every feature is in every plan, and the plans differ only in how many records you can pull. Counting and sizing a segment is always free.
Why two windows, 5 hours and a week?
The 5-hour window stops one run from draining a whole week; the weekly window is the real budget. Both roll: when a window frees up, the records come back. A real agent or person never pulls data around the clock, so you will rarely notice either.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Requests pause until the window frees up, and the answer tells you which window and when. We never bill overage. You can upgrade at any time.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is 1,000 records in total, with no time limit and no card, so you can test us on your own market.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down at any time. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer annual billing or a data licence?
