How do you know?
Cold e-mail is sent from lookalike domains, never from the main domain. We read new domains from certificate-transparency logs, check their DNS for cold-email infrastructure and follow the redirect to the company.
Does absence mean no cold e-mail?
No. Teams sending from their main domain or through platforms without a DNS trace are not counted.
